Qualifications

BS with 8+ years of industry experience, MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 2-5 years in related fields.
Extensive experience in biologics or cell therapy process development.
Proficient in cell culture (including pluripotent stem cells), bioreactors (stirred tank, Ambr250, etc.), DOE and statistical analysis, and GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

Design experiments, manage pluripotent stem cell culture and bioreactor processes, oversee process robustness studies, document data, analyze results, and collaborate across teams to meet program goals.
