Job summary

Secretome Therapeutics in Plano, Texas, seeks a Scientist/Senior Scientist to support Analytical Development within the CMC group. The role focuses on characterizing cell therapy products and collaborating with Process Development and external partners to advance STM-01 and STM-21.

The position emphasizes designing and executing characterization studies, with a focus on flow cytometry and functional assays to enable comparability studies and IND-enabling product understanding.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, or bioengineering.
• 5+ years in analytical development and characterization for cell therapy or gene therapy products.
• Experience with Flow Cytometry assays and development to qualification.
• Strong experimental design and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently in a small-team setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical methods and potency assays for cell therapy product characterization (Flow Cytometry, ELISA, qPCR).
• Collaborate with CDMOs and CTLs to enable transfer of analytical methods.
• Support multiple projects and business needs as assigned.
• Perform analytical testing on in-process samples, cell banks, and cell products.
