Job summary

Lundbeck Seattle's Center of Excellence in Bothell, WA seeks a Senior Scientist to lead formulation development for biologics, driving stable drug product formulations from early development through late-stage programs. You will serve as SME, collaborate with analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory teams, and guide technology transfer and scale-up efforts.

Requirements include a Ph.D. with 5+ years in biopharmaceutical formulation and hands-on experience with protein stability

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years of biopharmaceutical formulation development experience or MS with extensive industry exposure.
• Proven expertise in biologic drug product formulation development.
• Strong understanding of protein stability, aggregation, and degradation pathways.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput screening and DOE workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust formulations for biologic drug products, including liquid and lyophilized forms.
• Design, execute, and interpret formulation screening studies using DOE methods.
