TCG Labs-Soleil is seeking a Senior Scientist, Bioanalytical Sciences to lead bioanalytical strategy for discovery to clinical programs. You will guide PK, ADA, and biomarker testing, while hands-on lab work is balanced with 80% technical oversight and vendor management.

You will mentor junior scientists, evaluate new technologies, and ensure data quality for regulatory review. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• Ph.D./M.S./B.S. with hands-on industry bioanalytical experience.
• Experience developing ligand binding assays for PK/ADA/biomarker applications.
• Ability to formulate and communicate a bioanalytical strategy across discovery to clinical development.
• Proficiency with MSD and ELISA platforms; experience with clinical/non-clinical matrices.
• Awareness of emerging bioanalytical technologies and appropriate applications.

Mansioni

• Develop end-to-end bioanalytical strategy for programs including PK, ADA, and biomarker testing.
• Provide scientific leadership for assay development, validation, and data interpretation.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee CRO activities and vendor relationships.
• Represent bioanalytical sciences on cross-functional program teams.
• Drive adoption of new platforms to improve sensitivity and throughput.
