Job summary

Programmable Medicine seeks a scientific leader to guide analytical methods development for complex large molecule therapeutics, including ADCs and polymer-based platforms. You will partner with Chemistry, Translational, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to establish robust analytical strategies and support submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Publications or presentations in analytical methods development
• Experience supporting analytical methods for complex large molecule therapeutics

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development for preclinical to Phase 2 programs
• Optimize methods for preclinical through Phase 2 studies
• Drive technology transfers to GLP laboratories for GMP production
• Prepare analytical method development reports, SOPs, and regulatory sections
