Job summary

Programmable Medicine seeks a senior Analytical Chemistry leader to direct method development and validation for ADCs, polymer-based platforms, and nanomedicine products.

You will partner with Chemistry, Translational, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to establish robust analytical strategies for product characterization, process understanding, testing, release, and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 10+ years in biotech/pharma.
• Experience developing analytical methods for large molecule therapeutics.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA/ICH/CMC) and GMP transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development and validation for ADCs and polymers.
• Coordinate technology transfers to GMP labs and manage CDMO/CRO relationships.
• Write method development reports and regulatory submissions; supervise staff.
