Job summary
Programmable Medicine seeks a proven analytical chemistry leader to drive method development for complex large molecule therapeutics. You will collaborate across Chemistry, Translational, Process Development, and Quality to establish robust analytical strategies and support regulatory submissions.
PhD in Analytical Chemistry with 10+ years in biotech/pharma is required; experience with ADCs, polymers or nanomedicine is a plus.
Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in analytical method development for large molecule therapeutics.
- Publication or presentation history in analytical methods development.
Responsibilities
- Provide scientific leadership for analytical method development and validation across preclinical to Phase 2.
- Lead technology transfers to GLP laboratories and coordinate with GMP production.
- Write analytical development reports, SOPs, and regulatory submission sections.
- Supervise laboratory personnel, set priorities, monitor timelines, and ensure quality.
