Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Scientist in Scientific Workflows & Agentic Cheminformatics. The role focuses on designing and validating agent-enabled discovery workflows within In Silico Discovery; travel up to 10% is expected as collaboration occurs across sites.
The candidate will lead scientific prototyping, work with cross-disciplinary teams, and advance workflows toward production while ensuring scientific rigor and reproducibility.
Competenze
- PhD or equivalent substantial experience in cheminformatics, computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, or a related discipline.
- Strong Python skills and experience building automated workflows and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across scientific and data teams.
