Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Scientist in Scientific Workflows & Agentic Cheminformatics to advance agent-enabled discovery workflows within the In Silico Discovery team. The role emphasizes building, validating, and deploying computational workflows to support drug discovery and scientific research across global sites.
The candidate will lead development efforts, partner with data science and platform teams, and ensure rigorous evaluation of workflows, with travel up to 10% as needed
Qualificações
- PhD or equivalent substantial experience in cheminformatics or related discipline.
- Strong Python programming skills and automated workflows experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted development of scientific software.
Responsabilidades
- Build and validate agent-enabled workflows for defined discovery questions.
- Translate scientific questions into workflows with explicit evidence and decisions.
- Design use cases, reference datasets, and success criteria for evaluation.
- Evaluate agent behavior for scientific validity and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with project teams to translate solutions into reusable capabilities.
