The role emphasizes collaboration with the engineering team, applying AI/ML to accelerate simulations, and modernizing numerical infrastructure while solving real-world water resources and engineering challenges.

Formación

• Master's or PhD in science or engineering with strong academic record.
• Broad experience in applied math and numerical methods.
• Earth sciences or civil engineering background preferred.
• Extensive C++ programming in scientific/engineering apps.
• Experience with Windows desktop applications and data tools (MATLAB, R, Tableau).
• Ability to design practical numerical solutions and document them clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team collaboration.
• Experience applying AI/ML to scientific software is a plus.
