Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Security Officer to provide expert-level security support to the SSO and SSRs, ensuring theater-readiness and rapid scale during crisis surges. You'll manage SCI access, conduct security indoctrinations, and oversee compliance in SCIF environments.

Role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, on-site work at a customer location, and a minimum of 10 years in related security operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph required.
• Experience: 10+ years of related security experience.
• US Citizenship required: Yes.

Responsibilities

• SCI Access Control: manage SCI materials and facilities including visitor clearances.
• Security indoctrination: conduct SCI briefings and debriefings.
• Administrative oversight: courier badging and NDAs.
• Compliance auditing: audits of classified material and SCIFs.
• Surge capability planning for mass onboarding during crises.
• Stakeholder coordination with customer for asset protection.
• Policy & reporting: prepare policy recommendations and assessments.
