Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a Senior Security Officer to support defense and security efforts. You will provide expert security assistance to the SSO and SSRs, ensuring theater-readiness and rapid scale during China-related crisis surges.

Responsibilities include managing SCI access, conducting security briefings, facilitating NDAs, and performing audits of SCIFs. A TS/SCI with polygraph and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• On Customer Site.
• Master's degree with 12+ years of related experience or Bachelor's with 17+ years as substitute to Master's.

Responsibilities

• SCI Access Control: manage access to SCI materials and facilities (SCIFs).
• Security Indoctrination: conduct SCI briefings and debriefings for personnel.
• Administrative Oversight: facilitate courier badging and NDAs.
• Compliance Auditing: audit classified material and inspect SCIFs.
• Surge Capability Planning: develop plans for rapid security onboarding during crises.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with the customer for security integration and asset protection.
• Policy & Reporting: prepare security policy recommendations and management reports.
