Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Physical Security Officer, Sr Principal, to provide multi-discipline security support for SAP/SCI programs in the Suitland/NCR area. You will perform day-to-day security analysis for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities in a dynamic defense environment.
The role requires 14+ years of related experience (or 10+ with a related degree), SAP experience and TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- 14+ years related security experience
- 2+ years SAP experience required
- TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain
- Willingness to travel 10-25%
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
- Develop and implement SAP/SCI security policies and procedures
- Provide day-to-day security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to security programs
- Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned
- Brief government and senior civilian staff on security topics
- Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and close-out activities
- Manage corrective actions resulting from reviews
