You will supervise staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, monitor inventory and records, uphold HACCP standards, and coordinate with central office, school administrators, and satellite sites to maximize participation and meal quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' food service experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of BCPS Manager/POS Training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs to optimize productivity.
