Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in education leadership or closely related field.
• Professional certification in Educational Leadership as required by applicable state.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in school administration preferred.
• Experience in student instruction and data-driven improvement.
• Ability to lead people, manage multiple priorities, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-wide leadership to promote student development and ensure effective operation.
• Assist the principal and act as principal in their absence to maintain operations.
• Oversee facility, schedule design, and program implementation aligned with CSUSA policy.
• Evaluate departments, monitor progressive student outcomes, and adjust tactics.
• Lead human resources tasks including recruiting, onboarding, and documentation.
