Job summary

Charter Schools USA, a leading education management company, seeks a Principal to serve as the on-site leader of a charter school. You will implement CSUSA policies, manage curriculum, personnel, finances, facilities, safety, and day-to-day operations to ensure a safe environment and high student achievement.

You will oversee staff development, budgeting, scheduling, and community relations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and CSUSA guidelines while promoting student-centered practices

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership for Applicable State.
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience in school administration and/or training.
• Experience in student instruction.
• Ability to lead a school community toward improved academic achievement.
• Computer literacy: Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; SIS.
• Alternatives CSUSA may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs implementation of all school activities.
• Communicates regularly with parents and stakeholders; fosters relationships.
• Maintains a professional rapport with students and staff.
• Operates school within approved budget; monitors expenditures.
• Plans and supervises safety, emergency readiness programs and drills.
