Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a cook or in a high-volume cooking role.
• Must successfully pass a food service safety certification examination within sixty (60) days after appointment.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, assemble, package, and reheat a variety of foods in quantity according to recipes.
• Determine appropriate quantity of food items for cooking and adjust recipes.
• Lead, assist, and guide the work of assigned staff, including training.
