Job summary

Lynwood Unified School District is seeking a full-time Cook to provide skilled large-quantity cooking in a production kitchen, meet nutritional requirements for students and staff, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment. The position reports to the designated site supervisor/administrator.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Food Handler Card. Two years’ related experience preferred; additional combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in a job-related field preferred.
• Other combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities
