Gwinnett County Public Schools seeks a senior facilities manager to coordinate the Facilities and Operations Area Managers for program development and execution of building maintenance efforts.

Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive maintenance programs, maintain data on facilities, equipment, workforce scheduling, and costs, and ensure KPIs, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead staff and drive continuous improvement within GCPS facilities services.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in facilities.
• Experience managing maintenance programs and budgets.
• Ability to ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee coordination of Facilities and Operations Area Managers for program development and execution of building maintenance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute comprehensive maintenance programs to deliver high quality facilities.
• Maintain data on facilities, equipment, workforce scheduling, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, safety audits, inspections, and regulations.
• Support principals and staff with facility-related onboarding and orientations.
