• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties across district facilities.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved equipment; mop, scrub, wax, vacuum floors.
• Move furnishings and arrange space for meetings and events.
• Operate basic cleaning tools and machinery; ensure safety while using chemicals.
