• Experience with cleaning, floor/restroom care, and equipment maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and climb ladders/scaffolding.
• Willing to work in undesirable locations/conditions.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties across District facilities.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Mop, scrub, wax, shampoo, vacuum floors and carpets.
• Climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
• Maintain supplies inventory and restock as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues promptly.
• Maintain security for keys, alarm codes, and equipment.
• Participate in required training programs.
