Job summary

FLIK Independent School Dining is hiring a Senior Cook for Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA. This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with online applications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
