Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in the dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures; maintains cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using various methods and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors maintaining safety.
• Washes worktables and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes of it properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
