Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review weekly menus for planning food preparation schedule.
• Prepare menus for daily service.
• Maintain temperature readings.
• Assemble, measure, and mix ingredients of food items.
• Supervise or participate in cleaning, maintenance and security of kitchen and storage areas.
