Job summary

METROPLEX 360 RCS LLC is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist to bridge Scheduling Specialists and Account Managers. You will analyze scheduling data, generate insights, and coach junior staff while developing skills to progress into Account Manager roles. You will escalate issues, support KPI dashboards, and help improve margins.

• Experience in creating KPI dashboards

Responsibilities

• Analyze scheduling, delivery, SLA and margin data to identify trends and risks.
• Support Team Lead with insights to improve efficiency and GPM.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, reports, and quarterly inputs.
• Handle complex scheduling scenarios and escalation management.
• Coach Scheduling Specialists and assist onboarding.
• Develop ownership and commercial awareness for career progression.
