Job summary

TerraPower, a Bellevue, WA-based nuclear technology company, is seeking a Scheduling Manager for the Project Management Office to lead the development and maintenance of integrated schedules across multi-year, multi-project efforts including the Natrium program.

You will monitor schedule performance, coordinate with project teams, and provide accurate forecasts to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling, planning, or project controls experience.
• 5+ years managing schedulers, planners, or project controls.
• Experience with first-of-a-kind projects exceeding $100M and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of integrated project schedules.
• Analyze schedule performance and prepare monthly status reports.
• Monitor critical path and milestones to identify delays or risks.
• Collaborate to develop scheduling assumptions and recovery plans.
• Facilitate schedule risk analyses and mitigation.
• Maintain scheduling tools, templates, and procedures.
• Mentor schedulers to ensure high standards.
