Consigli Construction Co. seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling efforts across designated construction projects.

You will ensure schedules align with project goals, plans, specifications, and contract requirements while coordinating with field and office teams. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of scheduling experience and expert knowledge of Primavera P6, Acumen, and Microsoft Office to drive timely project delivery and proactive issue resolution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6; knowledge of Primavera, Acumen, and Microsoft Office.
• Thorough knowledge of current scheduling industry standards and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee total scheduling effort to ensure project is executed on schedule.
• Interface with superintendent, trades, project manager, client representatives, A/E representatives and other contractors as necessary.
• Primary communication is with Director of Scheduling, Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with field and office staff within the department.
• Establish rapport with field superintendents and management teams.
• Support project teams in their positions by exhibiting strong leadership.
• Primary measure of quality is regular schedule updates.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of scheduling.
• Ensure designated jobs are consistently aware of schedule. Progress measured through bi-monthly schedule updates.
• Assist project team with Time Impact Analysis
