Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead project schedules across marketing, preconstruction, operations and legal teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication and the ability to manage complex baselines and change orders.

You will develop conceptual, bidding and final schedules, train staff in scheduling tools, attend site meetings, and produce presentation quality schedules for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years scheduling experience in commercial construction using Primavera P6.
• 1+ years in Oracle P6 Professional or similar modules (8.1–15.2, SureTrak).
• Comfort with travel to project sites and meetings.
• Strong understanding of baseline planning and schedule integrity.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and cost/resource loading schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create conceptual, bidding and final project schedules for marketing, preconstruction and operations.
• Attend job site meetings and work with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners to develop the project schedule.
• Develop graphs/charts for site personnel to manage the project schedule.
• Train field and office staff on scheduling software and policies.
• Prepare monthly schedule status reports and billing schedule as required.
