You will lead scheduling efforts across departments, mentor schedulers, and collaborate with leadership to anticipate risks and align plans with business goals. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Project Excellence in Rock Hill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Project Controls and scheduling experience, including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, and oversight of complex production and project schedules.
• Provide expert scheduling guidance to resolve non-standard challenges and support leadership decisions.
• Mentor schedulers and cross-functional teams; promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate scheduling activities across departments and influence project execution.
• Identify risks and develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
