Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead complex scheduling activities in support of production and execution goals. The role reports to the Director of Project Excellence and is based in Rock Hill with a hybrid work model.

You will apply deep scheduling expertise, mentor other schedulers, and drive solutions across projects, coordinating with Purchasing, Production, and Engineering while managing schedule‑related costs and resources.

Qualifications

• We require a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
• Candidates with PMI‑SP, PMP or AACE credentials are preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to lead schedules, analyze risks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and oversight of complex project and production schedules.
• Evaluate schedule reports to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve non‑standard scheduling issues using deep scheduling expertise.
• Support strategic decisions and mentoring of schedulers and project teams.
• Forecast and manage resource requirements to meet short‑ and mid‑term goals.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other partners.
