Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant Project Controls and/or project scheduling experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Be an organizational expert and authority in Project Controls and Scheduling for complex, high‑impact projects.
• Lead the development, integration, and oversight of advanced and complex production and project schedules.
• Apply expert‑level technical and business knowledge to resolve the most complex scheduling, operational, and execution challenges.
• Lead or mentor schedulers and cross‑functional teams; act as a facilitator and trusted advisor.
• Work across departments and functional boundaries to align scheduling with broader business needs.
• Identify risks and potential problems; develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Help develop business strategy through applied expertise and leadership insight.
