Job summary

Turner Construction Company in the Washington DC area is seeking an experienced Scheduling Lead to develop and manage CPM schedules for large, complex projects.

You will collaborate with engineers, superintendents, procurement, and VDC teams to align schedules, track progress, and communicate risk with stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least four years in construction scheduling, with Primavera P6 proficiency and earned value knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience on large construction projects.
• Experience in scheduling on large projects (>$50m).
• Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of earned value concepts and CPM methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM schedules for large/complex projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, superintendents and procurement.
• Create look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Prepare schedule dashboards and reports for ORM meetings.
• Maintain Last Planner System and pull plans.
