Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (> $50M).
• Experience in construction roles (e.g., Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent).
• Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Familiar with building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop WBS for large or multi-project schedules with complex activities.
• Reference Scheduling Playbook to adhere to company policies and scheduling practices.
• Collaborate with project team to confirm Contract Item List and ROJ dates.
• Develop CPM baselines and track progress against schedule.
• Prepare detailed schedules with CPM logic and scheduling software.
• Review performance and recommend actions on schedule, delivery, and staffing.
• Produce schedule deliverables for client requests and ORM meetings.
• Provide guidance to end-users to improve scheduling proficiency.
