Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop and manage complex project schedules. You will work with engineers, superintendents, and procurement to align on baseline CPM schedules and track progress.

The role requires creating detailed schedules, dashboards, and recovery strategies to meet forecast end-dates and support project performance across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Large construction project experience (>$50M).
• Experience in construction roles (e.g., Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent).
• Proficient in scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of scheduling tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Ability to interpret contract docs and develop project schedules.
• Familiar with earned value concepts and resource planning.
• Strong organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large or multiple projects with complex scheduling.
• Use CPM logic to create baseline and resource-loaded schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, superintendents and procurement to align schedules.
• Update schedules, track progress, and manage change impacts.
• Prepare schedule dashboards, reports and look-ahead analyses.
• Provide guidance on schedule risk, recovery strategies, and performance.
