Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Scheduler 3 in Elkridge, MD, to design and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules for complex programs. You will integrate project schedules into a Master Program Schedule, aligning with IMPs and ensuring cross-team coordination.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, minimum 12 years scheduling experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 years of scheduling experience on programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining detailed, resource-loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules and Master Program Schedules using MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Link project schedules with programs, investments, functional areas, and IMPs; track milestones and dependencies.
• Define schedule management policies and maintain build environments across testing and deployment phases.
• Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with project leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations on resource allocation to mitigate constraints.
