Job summary

Synertex LLC in Bethesda, MD / McLean, VA / Chantilly, VA is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operational systems. You will integrate multiple project schedules into an overarching Master Program/Project Schedule to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution across the program portfolio.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource-loaded schedules.
• Ability to integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Schedule.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and detail-oriented execution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operational systems.
• Work with development and operational teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules.
• Develop and/or modify program/project schedules; integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program/Project Schedule.
• Link project schedules with overarching programs, Investment Portfolios, functional areas, and Integrated Master Plans (IMPs).
• Develop layered schedules and IMPs that address how acquisition projects progress and contribute to overarching requirements and objectives.
