The role requires extensive experience in scheduling, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams while ensuring schedule integrity and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-17 years of related experience.
• Professional Certification in AACEi, PMI, AGC, CMAA, or similar is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight relative to planning & scheduling within assigned projects.
• Acts as the scheduling expert for the Business Unit on advanced tasks.
• Demonstrates advanced expertise in scheduling tools & industry standards.
• Makes recommendations on latest scheduling practices to management.
• Performs schedule & cost loading for CPM schedules.
• Performs schedule analysis and reviews variances across schedules.
• Supports risk identification, mitigation and monthly project audits.
