Qualifications

• Four-year degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of project controls experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Primavera (P6).
• On-site field scheduling experience on large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate the developmental/implementation details into the schedule once implementation contracts are awarded.
• Maintain and update the site integrated schedule and coordinate with vendor submittals.
• Develop periodic project controls communications and routine analytics for stakeholders.
• Review project change requests for impact to schedule and cost.
• Support project reporting and funding submittals with accurate data and forecasts.
• Provide schedule adherence reporting and detailed variance analysis.
