Pioneer Management Consulting seeks a Senior Scheduler and Project Controls Consultant for our Energy & Infrastructure practice in Denver. You will own the integrated schedule on major energy capital projects across wind, solar, BESS, LNG, and related sectors, sitting on the owner's side and driving credible, decision-ready schedules.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of hands-on CPM scheduling on large energy/infrastructure capital projects.
• 3+ years managing owner-side schedules including EPC/vendor reviews.
• 2+ years in a consulting or client-facing advisory role.
• Experience on wind, solar, BESS, LNG, or transmission/substations preferred.
• Full lifecycle exposure: development through turnover.

Aufgaben

• Build integrated schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6 from scope to turnover.
• Own the schedule end-to-end including baselines and change control.
• Integrate long-lead equipment and milestones into one logic-driven network.
• Provide schedule narratives and reports for monthly performance.
• Act as owner’s scheduler, reviewing submittals and linking contractor schedules.
• Coach client schedulers and transfer capability to the client team.
