Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of scheduling experience in large construction programs.
• Expertise in CPM scheduling and Primavera P6; MS Project also required.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement timelines, and commissioning activities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as PSP or PMP are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated master schedule for data center program.
• Develop detailed CPM schedules with logic ties, resource loading, and milestones.
• Incorporate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities into unified schedule.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks; propose recovery plans.
• Conduct what-if analyses to evaluate impacts and optimize sequencing.
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on performance and forecast.
• Prepare executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
