Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering construction project controls and IMS development.

Responsibilities include establishing the schedule management program, preparing baseline schedules, performing resource loading and critical path analysis, and interfacing with stakeholders to advise on scheduling options and project progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
• Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update the Owners' Project IMS (Integrated Master Schedule).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Conduct resource loading and leveling of schedules.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities; report to the team.
• Monitor deviations and variances; assist in corrective action planning.
• Maintain credible schedule data and provide progress reports and trend analyses.
