Job summary

You will run production reports, provide capacity data for forecasting, create new jobs, maintain dispatch, and lead daily production meetings with cross-functional teams. Strong MS Office and Manufacturing system knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience in a related industry.
• Knowledge of supply chains in related industry.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Material Planning systems.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to monitor production metrics and workload.
• Provide data for Operations Manager and capacity vs forecast.
• Create and schedule new jobs based on internal and customer requirements.
• Maintain shop floor dispatch and update late routings/estimates.
• Host daily production meeting and communicate progress to supervisor.
