Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Lead Scheduler to provide advanced scheduling support and daily guidance to the Scheduling team. You will prepare, monitor, and amend fully loaded project schedules to ensure project goals are met within prescribed parameters.

The role includes developing, implementing, and training new employees on standard scheduling procedures while fostering growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering with 5-8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may drive and an acceptable driving record.
• Proficient with Scheduling software (Primavera, P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and amend fully loaded project schedules to meet goals within parameters.
