Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead the creation and maintenance of project schedules across diverse projects. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with project teams, and ensure CPM alignment with pull plans.

This role requires strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling software, and the ability to adapt schedules to changing project conditions. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with travel and non-traditional hours possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years planning and scheduling experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with construction scheduling software and pull planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Supports scheduling during proposal, baseline and ongoing schedule updates.
• Mentors and trains junior staff on scheduling processes.
• Assists with training content and development of scheduling best practices.
