Job summary

Linesight is hiring a Senior Scheduler in San Francisco to lead project schedules, define WBS, and coordinate with global partners. You will manage schedules using Primavera P6, verify critical paths, and ensure alignment with the project execution plan.

You will engage with diverse teams, negotiate interdependencies, and provide regular progress updates. Fluent Spanish is required for regional projects and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Experience with project scheduling and WBS creation.
• Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Fluent in Spanish due to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical path method.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome.
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress
