Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Scheduler/Planner - Midstream / Pipeline Construction in Houston. This on-site role requires at least 10 years of post-graduate experience in project controls and scheduling, with emphasis on energy midstream projects.

You will set scheduling strategies, manage WBS/CBS, and produce integrated baselines while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.
• Experience delivering scheduling functions in Energy Sectors/Midstream/Pipeline.
• Familiarity with project controls, reporting and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures with contractor alignment.
• Develop and implement WBS and CBS with project stakeholders.
• Prepare integrated planning, scheduling baselines and updates.
• Contribute to monthly project reports and presentations.
• Generate master schedules with resource and cost loading.
• Lead cross-functional master schedules across multiple projects.
• Analyze schedule performance and perform critical path/risk analyses.
