Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Houston seeks a Senior Scheduler/Planner for Midstream/Pipeline Construction on-site in downtown Houston. You will lead planning strategy, develop WBS/CBS, and manage integrated master schedules with cost loading across multiple projects.

Qualifications

A recognized relevant university degree
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management
Quality Control – Ensuring compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits
Experience delivering scheduling functions within Energy Sectors/Midstream/Pipeline
Earned Value and Risk Analysis methodologies experience
Experience with large capital projects or EPC/EPCM
Experienced user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Power BI and Risk Analysis experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company/contractor roles
Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with Project controls Lead and contractor
Prepare Integrated Planning, Scheduling, baseline and updates
Contribute to Monthly Project Report and specific reports/presentations
Coordinate and generate master schedules with resource and cost loading
Lead and support the project team in an integrated master schedule program
Work with disciplines to ensure schedules are accurate and independent
Perform schedule analyses including critical path and risk analyses
Analyze deviations from baseline and propose corrective actions
Provide QA for tracking schedule performance and data from vendors/suppliers
Ensure schedule data feeds into planning systems
Communicate change impacts and schedule variances
