Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5–7 years of project scheduling experience.
• Pharma project or capital construction experience preferred.
• Certified PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, or MRICS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Lead monthly project progress of work with stakeholders.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis.
• Support risk assessments and cost loading.
• Coordinate with PMs, designers, and contractors.
