Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team on a large-scale construction program. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and applying EVM to measure progress.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of construction scheduling experience, expert use of Primavera P6, and strong communication skills to interface with stakeholders and drive schedule integrity across complex programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Direct experience in complex matrix environments.
• Expertise using Primavera P6.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors for guidance and recommendations.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.
• Consolidate contractors' schedules into the IMS.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Apply EVM to measure project progress.
• Review schedules with project teams to ensure accurate data in the schedule.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trends and analysis.
• Maintain record of changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Ensure credibility of the information in the schedule.
• Maintain liaison with clients and consultants at all project stages.
