Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior/Associate Director level Scheduler to lead the scheduling work on large-scale programs. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and validating IMS schedules, with strong emphasis on EVM, risk analysis, and consortium coordination across matrix teams.

The ideal candidate will have a PSP certification, 7+ years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera Cloud, MS Project, and Smartsheets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
Minimum 7 years of applicable experience.
Experience in complex matrix environments.
PSP certification required.
Expertise with Primavera Cloud, MS Project, and Smartsheets.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain IMS and scheduling processes for large-scale programs.
Prepare baseline and integrated schedules aligned with project requirements.
Review contractor schedules for logic and constructability.
Monitor performance via schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, and variance tracking.
Facilitate schedule reviews with teams, clients and stakeholders.
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methods and prepare progress reports and dashboards.
Maintain records of changes, risks, and variances impacting schedule.
Provide scheduling guidance across the project lifecycle.
Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) at key milestones to assess schedule uncertainty.
Execute SOX control responsibilities and ensure governance compliance.
